Wont give me my coins I purchased

This app is great to look at shoes and new releases but there is one problem. I bought some coins for the free kicks thing. After I bought them then it said purchase failed so I tried again and again and again until it said no more funds left(iffucent amount of credits) and I still had no funds. Hopefully I get them soon
