Contacting

Ordered my shoes, got them, great! But the idiot mail carrier messed them up and the p.o is telling me I have to get in contact with the seller. I’ve tried, twice. I have not received a response from these people. Who in the world do I talk to at kicks on fire? How do I get to contact them direct? Customer service not that great. At all.
